About Kristine...
I've spent over 30 years watching what happens inside organizations — the ones that thrive and the ones that stall. I've led teams, managed $40M+ in contracts, built leadership programs from scratch, and served as CEO of a nonprofit during a pandemic. What I kept seeing, over and over, was the same gap: passionate people with a real mission, and a strategic plan that never quite made it off the page.

My background spans behavioral health, healthcare, public sector, and nonprofit leadership — including serving as President & CEO of NAMI Northern Virginia, leading training strategy at the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health (DBHDS), and developing leadership programs for 200+ leaders annually at Lee Health, a healthcare system of over 10,000 employees. I know firsthand what it takes to align people around a shared direction and actually move.
