Service Description
An Action Planning workshop supports the creation of a project plan, inclusive of task owners and deadlines. This is a great way to bring a team together and determine what "Victory!" looks like as it relates to a single project. The workshop includes an eight-step process and lasts approximately 3-4 hours, depending on group size. Who wouldn't like to get a project plan together with a team in this short amount of time?!
