Strategic Planning

Technology of Participation (ToP®) is a structured facilitation and strategic planning methodology developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) and refined over 50 years of practice across Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global organizations. ToP helps leadership teams move from competing agendas to aligned decisions — faster, with greater commitment, and with results that stick.

Using the Technology of Participation Strategic Planning (ToP) method includes facilitating through a four-part process with follow-up inclusive of a customized Strategic Plan highlighting task owners and due dates summarized in accordance with workshop results.
