Consensus Workshops are exactly what they sound like - bringing together multiple ideas on a topic and working towards consensus on exactly what needs to happen to bring those ideas to life. A Consensus Workshop answers a single question with idea summarization and a plan for follow-through in the end. A typically workshop will run between 2-3 hours depending on the size of the group or team.
