ToP® Strategic Planning

Service Description

Using the Technology of Participation Strategic Planning (ToP) method entails addressing and facilitating through a four-part process. This process includes Practical Visioning, Underlying Contradictions, Strategic Direction and Focused Implementation. Follow-up includes a customized Strategic Plan with task owners and due dates summarized in accordance with what the organization has determined. A typical Strategic Planning workshop takes place over 1.5 days (approximately 10 hours).
