Service Description

Whether an intact or more informal team, if you are working with people, you may need to gain further insight into the five behaviors of a team (Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, Results). In the Five Behaviors Workshop, we review team assessment results, where your team is given a baseline quantitative score for each of the five behaviors. How can you improve if you do not have a baseline, right? From there, each of the five behaviors is discussed, inclusive of key tips and techniques to support getting it right moving forward.
